This painting belongs to my “Like a Gardener” series, a body of small-scale work designed to bring a statement and story to the more intimate spaces of your home.
With peaceful, cool colors and speckles of warmth peeking through the layers of paint, this piece reminds me of a warm afternoon at the beach. When I look at it, I can hear the repetitive sounds of the ocean waves crashing on the shoreline and feel the warm sunlight on my skin.
