This painting is named after the story of Jesus walking on water (Matthew 14:22-33). One of my favorites. I’m always inspired by this passage in the Bible and what it teaches me. Peter’s step of faith to leave the boat and join Jesus on the choppy waves moves me to step out of my comfort zones and walk in the direction God calls. It takes courage to enter into uncharted waters, but thankfully, we don’t have to move through life alone. I hope this painting inspires strength, boldness, and peace in your heart - no matter the season of life.
